Exploratory: Unruptured Cerebral Aneurysms and Subarachnoid Hemorrhage (SAH)
Short Description of Instrument

Functional Ambulation Category classifes patients based on basic motor skills needed for functional ambulation. It measures rehabilitation in wide range of conditions progress on a 6-point scale by determining how much support is required to walk with or without a personal assistive device.

Time to administer: 5 minutes or less

Administration: paper/pencil

Scoring
There are six scoring categories:
1: Nonfunctional (cannot walk)
2: Dependent, Level II
3: Dependent, Level I
4: Dependent, Supervision
5: Independent, level Surfaces only
6: Independent, level and non-level surfaces
